School-Based Occupational Therapist

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in a supportive district located in Seattle, Washington. This position will serve two elementary campuses, working with students to improve functional, fine motor, sensory, and school-based skills that support educational success.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services aligned with student IEPs

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

Support students in accessing their educational environment
Requirements:

Active Washington Occupational Therapist License

Active Washington OSPI (DOE) Certification

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
