Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview:
Were seeking a passionate School Social Worker or BCBA to join a collaborative, student-centered district in Issaquah, just 30 minutes from Seattle! This role serves a K12 itinerant caseload, focusing on evaluations, observations, group work, interventions, and IEP meetings. The district utilizes a team-based model, pairing SSWs and BCBAs together to provide comprehensive behavioral and emotional support across assigned schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct student evaluations and behavioral observations

Develop and implement group and individual interventions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings

Provide ongoing support and consultation to staff and families

Work closely with your SSW/BCBA partner to enhance student outcomes
Requirements:

Active Washington state license for your respective discipline (SSW or BCBA)

Significant behavior experience required
