Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming maternity leave coverage period from January 5th, 2026 through March 27th, 2026. This full-time contract position is based at a K-12 school setting in Bellevue, WA, providing in-person services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 27 students at Hilder Pearson Elementary.
- Participate actively on the early childhood Child Find team to support early identification and intervention.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Previous experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.
