Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker or BCBA to join a collaborative behavior support team. This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral and social-emotional support to students across multiple schools.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct student evaluations and behavioral observations

Provide individual and group interventions

Participate in IEP meetings and develop data-driven goals

Collaborate with a partnered SSW or BCBA to support school staff and students

Contribute to crisis intervention and prevention planning
Qualifications:

Active WA licensure/certification as a School Social Worker or BCBA

Significant behavior management and intervention experience required

Prior school-based experience preferred

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
