About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in the Durham area for the 2025-2026 school year. The OT will provide therapy and interventions that help students develop the motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for classroom success.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student goals

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation per district/state standards
Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active North Carolina OT license

Previous school-based experience preferred
