Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available in the Southeast Florida Coast area, supporting students in grades PreK through 8 across three schools. This contract role runs from January 5, 2026, through June 2, 2026, with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic K-12 environment, providing vital psychological services to enhance the well-being and academic success of students.
Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, administering psychological assessments, participating in educational team meetings, and collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans. The caseload involves working primarily with students from PreK to 8th grade, emphasizing comprehensive support through evaluation, testing, and counseling.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Active Florida Department of Health licensure as a Psychologist is required.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in psychological testing, counseling, and consultation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and provide timely reports and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
Location: Southeast Florida Coast, supporting campuses including Ft. Pierce Westwood, PreK, and Northport K8.
