Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our partner schools in the Harvey, LA area. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language services to help students improve communication, academic performance, and overall confidence in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with district and state regulations.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and progress monitoring.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active Louisiana Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC certification.

Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
