This is an on-site, full-time position serving students across K12 settings. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support academic, social, and emotional success for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify students cognitive, academic, and behavioral strengths and needs.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education and related services in compliance with Louisiana regulations.

Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention and academic support plans.

Provide direct and indirect counseling, consultation, and intervention services to students, families, and staff.

Interpret and communicate assessment results to educators and parents in a clear, actionable manner.

Support school teams with Response to Intervention (RtI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) initiatives.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, parent conferences, and staff training sessions.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field.

Current Louisiana certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist.

Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Louisiana special education guidelines.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
