Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and create therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student mobility and safety

Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings

Consult with staff regarding adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
Qualifications

Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (required)

Prior school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred

Knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP documentation

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
