Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and participation
- Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings, preferably K-12
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills for speech and language disorders
- Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations is preferred
