Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a K-12 school setting in Dallas, TX, supporting students across multiple grade levels. The contract position runs through the current school year until May 29, 2026, with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to ensure effective service delivery
- Conducting initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments for student communication needs
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and monitor student goals
- Managing a caseload of approximately 80 students requiring speech and language services
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large caseload and documentation requirements
