A full-semester Occupational Therapist opportunity is available for a high school setting in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves providing itinerant OT services across multiple high schools within the district. This contract position spans from January 5, 2026, to May 22, 2026, and requires on-site presence with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to high school students in an itinerant capacity.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license valid in Arizona.
